Recipe Development & Product Design
We develop recipes for whiskey, gin, rum, and other spirits tailored to our clients' concepts. By adjusting botanical formulations and fermentation/distillation conditions, we design unique spirits. Our expertise includes creating new gins and designing limited whiskey blends.
Equipment & Facility Design Support
We participate from the distillery design phase, supporting equipment selection and placement of pot stills and other equipment, as well as mashing equipment layout design. We propose efficient and scalable plant construction with future production plans in mind.
Manufacturing Process Improvement & Technical Guidance
We implement improvement proposals based on specialized knowledge for fermentation, distillation, and aging processes. Through temperature management optimization, cut point adjustment, and aging environment management, we achieve quality improvement and yield enhancement while providing technical guidance to on-site staff.
Quality Control & Analysis System Construction
We provide advice on laboratory setup and analytical equipment introduction, guidance on measurement methods, and establish quality check methods through sensory evaluation. We develop quality assurance processes aimed at ensuring product stability and regulatory compliance.
Aging & Barrel Management Advice
We provide advice on barrel type selection, aging environment management, and flavor evaluation for individual barrels. We also offer barrel inventory tracking and aging data visualization services utilizing digital tools.
Raw Material Procurement & New Make Supply Support
We support the selection and procurement of raw grain materials, molasses, and yeast. Through new make trading mediation and partnership support for securing initial revenue, we improve cash flow immediately after distillation begins.
Branding & Marketing Support
We provide advice on product story development, label design direction, pricing strategy, and sales channel development. Leveraging our industry network, we support effective market expansion for small-scale distilleries.
Human Resource Development & Training
We support the development of distillation technicians and blenders. We conduct on-site training in distillation techniques, safety management, and tasting skills, and arrange overseas training opportunities as needed.
